My Business is Circumference No. 2

History imprints itself on our bodies and our clothing. My Business is Circumference No. 2 borrows its title from an Emily Dickinson quote. Comprised of suspended circular elements fabricated from donated clothing and thread configured in a random presentation suggesting abstracted narratives of memory and collective gathering.
On view at the Bath Spa Gallery in Weston-super-Mare, UK.

The Coffee Cup Collective is part of this multi-site program. Cups will be at Swork (when you place your order be sure to specify you will be consuming your beverage on site otherwise you’ll get a paper cup) and cup production will be happening at the Center for Arts, Eagle Rock.
OPENING RECEPTION: June 6, 2009, 1-5 pm at Colorado Wine Company, 2114 Colorado Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90041.
SELF-GUIDED WALKING TOUR: June 6, 2009, 1-5 pm. Project maps will be available at all four corners of the intersection.
